Yoga Vidya Niketan, founded on 24th March 1974 by Yogacharya Padmashri Sadashivrao Nimbalkar Guruji, was created with the mission “Yoga Vidya Gharoghari” bringing the wisdom of Yoga to every home. Rooted in traditional techniques and supported by scientific understanding, the institute aims to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for individuals and society.

Over the decades, Yoga Vidya Niketan has grown into a respected national and international institution, offering a wide range of programs including Yoga Teacher’s Training Course and Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy and Natural Living, along with other teacher training, therapy-based courses, and global online classes. Inspired by Swami Kuvalayanandaji of Kaivalyadhama, Nimbalkar Guruji authored several acclaimed books and contributed significantly to yoga research. His dedication earned him the prestigious Padmashri Award in 2004. Today, the institute continues his legacy by spreading authentic, holistic Yoga to people across the world.
