Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital (SAMC&H), established in 2002 in Bengaluru, is a premier institution dedicated to the ancient science of Ayurveda. Named after the “Father of Surgery,” the college is managed by the Yadalam Trust and is situated on a serene 100-acre campus at “Prashanti Kuteeram.” It is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and recognized by the NCISM.

The college offers the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree and various postgraduate MD/MS programs. Its infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art teaching hospital with specialized units for Panchakarma and Shalya Tantra, providing students with extensive clinical exposure.

The campus features a vast herbal garden with over 300 medicinal plant species, advanced laboratories, and a digital library. By blending traditional Vedic wisdom with modern medical diagnostics, SAMC&H prepares students to become skilled physicians capable of providing holistic healthcare solutions.
