The Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and Research (IIAMR), established in 1989 in Bengaluru, stands as a premier destination for holistic medical education. Managed by the Sri Krishnarajendra Charitable Trust, the institute is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and recognized by the NCISM and Ministry of AYUSH.

The college is renowned for its Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program, which integrates ancient Vedic wisdom with contemporary medical science. The campus features 14 specialized departments, including Panchakarma (detoxification) and Dravyaguna (pharmacology), supported by a vast herbal garden containing rare medicinal species.

IIAMR operates a fully-equipped 60-bed teaching hospital, providing students with intensive clinical exposure and patients with authentic Ayurvedic treatments. Located in the serene environs of Devanahalli, the institute offers a comprehensive learning ecosystem with modern laboratories, a digital library, and residential hostels, fostering the next generation of Ayurvedic physicians and researchers.
