The Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and Research (IIAMR), established in 1989 in Bengaluru, stands as a premier destination for holistic medical education. Managed by the Sri Krishnarajendra Charitable Trust, the institute is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and recognized by the NCISM and Ministry of AYUSH.

The college is renowned for its Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program, which integrates ancient Vedic wisdom with contemporary medical science. The campus features 14 specialized departments, including Panchakarma (detoxification) and Dravyaguna (pharmacology), supported by a vast herbal garden containing rare medicinal species.
